Whether paired with a dining table or positioned on its own against a wall, the Nikari Arkipelago KVI10 Bench is a beautifully linear piece with a lasting solid structure.

Designed by Kari Virtanen, founder of Nikari, the bench's durable construction and smooth finish is a testament to high-quality solid wood furniture. Made from local certified wood near Nikari's workshop in Fiskars village, Finland, the bench has been ecologically treated in order to retain the natural elements of the wood. Part of the Arkipelago collection, the KVI10 works perfectly with the KVP10 Dining Table, forming a stunning dining seating arrangement that creates a striking appearance of natural beauty and simplicity.

Treatment & Care
Frequent application of surface treatment oil/soap/wax will help to maintain the wood's protective barrier against different attacks from the environment.

Nikari use natural wood oil mixtures as the surface finish. Please note that you should always wipe the surface clean and dry of any liquids as soon as possible (in 15 minutes). Clean the surface normally with a damp cloth, using organic soaps.

In order to keep your table in best possible condition, you should clean the table top with the very finest sandy cloth once a year. After that, treat the table top with a natural wood oil or wax. Natural treatment sprays can be used as well. NB: do not use silicone based or other non-natural treatment oils or waxes.
