Offering a contemporary sense of grandeur and richness influenced by the exuberant Baroque period the Duna Kilim's strong linear pattern is offset by its Hindu textiles references and African context. Tightly woven on a manual loom using the finest natural wool, the artisanal thread weaving method gives a no pile effect, as a result, the rug is light with unique flexibility. Woven in a calming neutral colour palette the Duna Kilim imposes a feeling of serenity when utilised in airy open-plan spaces, finished with a highlight of neon edge stitching. The Duna Rug is part of an extensive collection of Kilim rugs from GAN and Odosdeign.
