Inspired by Mogens Lassen’s geometric Kubus candle holder, the Frame 49 Trio uses the same mathematical formula to create a versatile and stylish piece of furniture.
Composed of three modules, the trio contains a shelf, a set of three drawers, and a cupboard. The drawers feature a soft-close system and include hidden tracks. Able to be configured in hundreds of different ways, the Frame can be tailored to perfectly suit your space, with an endless variety of modules to expand your configuration.
Danish Architect Mogens Lassen produced simple, functional wooden furniture pieces which have gone on to become furniture icons.
After attending school with his brother (Flemming Lassen) and Arne Jacobsen, Mogens also went on to join the studio of architect Tyge Hvass. Mogens Lassen brought international fame to Danish design with countless awards and medals, including the C.F. Hansen Medal, Denmark’s highest architectural honour.
