직구 | How to order from Nest to South Korea 한국

Lighting, light bulbs and plugs
Light bulbs - a lot of products come with light bulbs but check the product page to be sure.
Voltage - The standard voltage in South Korea is 220 Volts. The standard in Europe is 220 Volts and in the UK it is 230 Volts. This means that lighting from Nest will work as expected the vast majority of the time.
Plugs - The standard plug types in South Korea are type F and C. This means that nearly all of our products are compatible with South Korean fittings.
Different types of lighting
Very often, you need different types of lighting for different rooms. For example, bathroom lighting must follow safety regulations.

Please be aware that South Korean customs have specific requirements in regard to the amount of lighting you can import on one order.
Please check with your local customs office for further information.
Importing and tax
South Korean orders (under 6000 Euros) will have the FTA declaration on the commercial invoice. The FTA declaration is only applicable if the goods on your order are of EU origin.
Unfortunately, as we are not an Approved Economic Operator the FTA declaration is not applicable for orders over 6000 Euros.
Track your order - we want to ensure that you are kept up to date on your order, so we will always contact you with information and updates about your order.
If you order an item that is not in stock, you will receive an update via email 10 days after your purchase date.
Once your item is in stock and your order is complete, we aim to dispatch this within 24 hours. Once dispatched you will receive an email from our delivery partners TNT with tracking information.
Delivery prices – delivery is charged by volume weight and destination. We keep our shipping prices as competitive and low as possible.
Please be aware if we are unable to ship all the items on your order due to the South Korean Customs Regulations on lighting we will contact you and inform you of this. This may lead to extra shipping costs if we have to split your order.
Delivery times - how long your products take to arrive depends on the product you are buying and your destination. Make sure you check the lead time on the product before purchasing so you know how long it will take to get to you. You can find this below the 'Save for later' button.
