The generously proportioned form of the base has been designed to mirror the curves of the bulb, with the top third covered in a high-gloss glaze to further accentuate the light projected by the bulb. Designer David Weeks has become one of the pioneers of North American lighting design, using bold and innovative forms to create beautiful pieces for commercial and residential spaces.
In 1996 he founded the New York-based David Weeks Studio and has worked with a wide variety of brands throughout his career, most recently collaborating with UK-based Tala on the Reflection collection of lamps.
