Standard Delivery
Small/medium, non-fragile items are delivered by DPD. DPD deliveries are trackable at every stage and will be delivered to your door between Monday and Friday.

Large items, fragile small/medium items under 20kg in weight that require extra protection on delivery will be delivered by our trusted delivery partners Atlas of London or Smart Van. They will contact you to arrange a suitable time (between Monday and Friday) to deliver your order (curbside delivery only).

White-glove delivery
‘White-glove delivery’ is our recommended service for all large items that require assembly and packaging removal.

The delivery team will deliver your items to your room of choice and remove all the packaging for you, if required all items will be assembled by the delivery team. Installation is not available for lighting products or wall-mounted goods such as, but not limited to shelving, mirrors, and pictures.

Story

At the heart of the Normann Copenhagen Hide Storage Pouf is an innovative use of recycled materials, turning post-consumer plastic bottles into PET felt which is then used to create the playfully rounded form of the pouf. Simon Legald has incorporated an ingenious secret into the design, using the seat as a lid to cover a spacious compartment inside. This feature allows you to keep all manner of items out of the way, from toys to blankets or cushions.

Able to support up to 120 kilograms of weight, the pouf can also serve as an impromptu seat or coffee table, making the pouf an extremely versatile addition to any playroom or living space.
