The epitome of simplicity, Matthew Hilton’s groundbreaking design effortlessly blends different techniques and textures to create the Oblique Rug alongside textile pioneers nanimarquina.
Persian knot and Sumak are overlaid to create the rug’s two differentiated planes, showcasing the beauty and tactility of different weaves. The raised section of the pile gives the whole rug a visual depth, while also subtly enhancing its luxuriousness.
