Mythos Wall Light completes the designer’s Alchemist lighting collection which masterfully balances sculptural metal forms and light. Inspired by Greek mythology and the god of fire Prometheus bound in chains for his defiance against Zeus, the wall sconce features a single chain link cradling a warm, glowing orb.
Crafted in-house at Lee Broom’s factory in London, the wall light is available in a brushed brass construction using traditional welding techniques. The piece displays a contrast of linear outlines with internal rounded forms and its unique design is guaranteed to enhance any interior space with a luxurious touch.
Lee Broom founded his eponymous design company in 2007 and has since gone on to become one of the UK’s leading interior and product designers.
In 2007 he launched his first furniture collection ‘Neo Neon‘ to critical acclaim and has launched a new collection each year since selling to London, Paris, New York, Hong Kong and The Middle East. Lee Broom’s work has featured in most major broadsheet and interior design publications.
