Timeless and enduring, the GUBI Bat Dining Chair embodies a distinctive silhouette that reflects the webbed wings of a bat. Designed as one continuous line, the chair’s oval circumference is brought to life when seen from above, its organic shape and gentle curves embrace the user providing the utmost comfort. The chair’s lightweight composition enables it to be easily moved, whilst its special additives prevent colour discolouration and weather damage, breaking down the barriers between internal and external spaces.
GUBI has redeveloped the Bat Chair seat shell using a recycled plastic composite. Using advanced technology and customised materials comprising over 50% recycled plastic, GUBI has been able to make production significantly more responsible, while retaining the same quality and performance as virgin plastic.
