Extruded aluminium upright bracket with die-cast aluminium top supports and feet - adjustable for uneven floors. Laser-cut and bent sheet steel shelves, or wooden shelves made from MDF board and water-based lacquered oak or walnut veneer. The desk is made from a wood-based board and oak or walnut veneer. Made using FSC® certified wood, supporting responsible management of the world’s forests. Plastic gliders. Maximum 15kg load per shelf/desk. Assembly required.

Standard Delivery
Small/medium, non-fragile items are delivered by DPD. DPD deliveries are trackable at every stage and will be delivered to your door between Monday and Friday.

Large items, fragile small/medium items under 20kg in weight that require extra protection on delivery will be delivered by our trusted delivery partners Atlas of London or Smart Van. They will contact you to arrange a suitable time (between Monday and Friday) to deliver your order (curbside delivery only).

White-glove delivery
‘White-glove delivery’ is our recommended service for all large items that require assembly and packaging removal.

The delivery team will deliver your items to your room of choice and remove all the packaging for you, if required all items will be assembled by the delivery team. Installation is not available for lighting products or wall-mounted goods such as, but not limited to shelving, mirrors, and pictures.

&Tradition provides a five-year warranty with every Rombe system. This warranty covers any faults present at the time of purchase, or those that may have occurred as a result of a manufacturing defect. The warranty is valid from the date stated on the original invoice.

Story

Made in response to the ever-changing demands of modern living, the Rombe Shelving System is a refined expression of adaptable design. Boasting a well-proportioned desk and shelves for storage, the bay offers enhanced functionality for work and study.

The desk and shelves are available in FSC® certified oak or walnut veneer, offering a warm, natural finish with a tactile quality. For a more industrial look, opt for powder-coated steel shelves, which are available in different colourways to match the vertical brackets and complement a range of design-led homes. Its modular concept invites personalisation - reconfigure or expand the layout to suit your space and lifestyle that evolves with time and taste.

Also available as a full bay with a cabinet configuration: the IF3 Rombe.

Industrial Facility

Industrial Facility is a design office formed by designer Sam Hecht and architect Kim Colin in 2002. The studio follows a rigorous path of investigation and analysis in its work. Its belief is in the importance of design as a means of simplifying our lives in an inspirational way.
