Materials & finishes
Legs in chromed steel, with an internal frame of wooden slats supporting the seat, and a metal frame supporting the backrest. Seat and backrest filled with polyurethane cell-foam with a removable fabric cover. Upholstered in Softline Tundra fabric (42% viscose, 38% cotton, 14% polyacrylic, 6% polyester.)

Stine Engelbrechtsen’s genius lies in her use of bold graphic shapes and strong silhouettes to create understated pieces of furniture that allow you to express your style. The Lotus’ modular construction allows different elements to be combined in a huge variety of different ways.

Stine Engelbrechtsen

Born in 1972, Stine Engelbrechtsen studied industrial design at the Danmarks Designskole, graduating in 1999 with a focus on outdoor furnishings.

Since 2000, she has been employed by Softline as a designer and product manager.
