From a distance, the Muuto Ripple Throw looks monotone, but close up, an optic ripple pattern appears and changes according to its drape and movement. The airy structure is visually compelling and the air between the fibers form a heat-protective membrane. The result is a soft and warm throw that will keep your eyes intrigued because of its many nuances. Made using a traditional technique, a Leno-weave. The technique originates from the fashion industry and is used in clothes detailing. Each throw’s weave is a mix between 2-3 colours of yarn, weaved together to give the throw its 3-dimensional ripple effect.
