‘Pliverre’ originating from the French word ‘verre plié’ meaning folded glass, beautifully highlights the floor lamp’s central feature; an opal glass shade. With the Pliverre collection, Troels wanted to both celebrate Le Klint’s iconic pleated design ethos whilst challenging tradition, resulting in a unique, pleated glass shade defined by sleek folds and uniformed lines. The beautiful opal shade can be rotated and sits upon a slender metal frame that can be turned and tilted to your desired position, seamlessly adapting to specific tasks and seating positions. From changing the traditional paper and plastic shades to glass, Troels has created a dynamic piece that exudes innovative, contemporary elegance.
