Created by main architect and designer P.V. Jensen-Klint, the church's vast curves, ceiling arches and impressive vaults have clearly been incorporated into the table lamp design; a clear reference to Le Klint's traditional pleating techniques and design DNA. A simple yet beautifully stylish piece, the curvaceous table lamp, defined by a pleated front face and mirrored pleated back, carved into light or black oak, creates an exquisitely detailed, tactile design that provides a beautiful beam of light. Perfect for placing on a side table or shelf, the innovative structure unites contrasting materials and shapes to create a subtle modern sculpture and light source.
Copenhagen-based design duo Nanna Neergaard and Marie Hesseldahl have joined forces as Maner Studio.
Working within the fields of product, furniture and interior design, their work combines crafted solutions with modern industrial production techniques. For Le Klint, they have created the beautiful Arc Nordic collection.
