Mastering the Nordic aesthetic of the time-enduring design, merging Japanese minimalism with the linear forms of the Bauhaus movement, the XL Table is carefully crafted from natural solid oakwood. A versatile piece with a considered approach to shape, line, and colour, the table takes influence from the smaller designs of the sculptural minimalism collection - the Stool and the Table. Both a practical and stylish addition to the home, the table impacts the room it inhabits, offering a larger surface for housing books and magazines.
Danish designer Kristina Dam strongly believes in the use of honest, authentic and natural materials designed with simplicity and attitude.
Her love for architecture and graphic minimalism is at the forefront of all her designs. Graduating from The Royal Danish School of Fine Arts, Architecture and Design in Copenhagen, Dam consequently designed her first product - a series of graphic illustrations originating from her love for art and design, these quickly became a firm favourite with Scandinavian concept stores leading to the founding of her design studio in January 2012.
