Influenced by Crespi’s objective to create a ‘house of sun’ in which the boundary between the indoors and outdoors is blurred, the Bohemian 72 Floor Lamp radiates light from every angle. Featuring vertically coiled rattan in a rounded sculptural form, the lamp adds a touch of bohemian elegance to your living space.
Whether placed upon a side table or next to other pieces from the Bohemian 72 collection, its striking yet refined bohemian aesthetic makes for an impressive focal point.
Italian artist and designer Gabriella Crespi was best known for her extensive repertoire spanning furniture, jewellery and sculpture.
After studying Architecture at the Politecnico in Milan, Crespi established a creative relationship with various fashion houses, becoming a muse for Dior, Valentino, Versace and Givenchy. Her work incorporates lavish materials and streamlined forms and combines modernist functionality with baroque and bohemian details, infusing her work with a warm and sensuous feel.
