Originally conceived for Poul Kjaerholm’s own home, the PK111™ Room Divider reflects a vision of space that adapts and evolves. Designed as a modular system, the piece can interlock with other panels and extend seamlessly, offering a fluid approach to defining interiors while maintaining a sense of openness and architectural calm.
Crafted from laminated Oregon pine veneer with a beech veneer core, each of the six panels is precision-formed and finished for lasting beauty. Freestanding and endlessly adaptable, the screen allows you to shape intimate zones or open compositions with ease, introducing warmth and structure to everyday life.
Poul Kjaerholm was a trained carpenter and continued his studies at the Danish School of Arts and Crafts. He had a particular interest in different construction materials; especially steel which he considered a natural material with the same artistic fineness as other natural materials.
