Materials & finishes
Base with an adjustable height made from satin polished aluminium or black powder-coated aluminium, with a 5-star base on soft wheels for hard floors with no breaks. Upholstered in a choice of Fritz Hansen Grace Leathers. Grace is an aniline leather with a natural nude surface and a light wax treatment, where all-natural markings are visible.

Please Note: Leather swatches are available on request and are recommended due to potential colour variations in imagery.

Delivery options

We offer the following UK delivery options:

Standard Delivery
Small/medium, non-fragile items are delivered by DPD. DPD deliveries are trackable at every stage and will be delivered to your door between Monday and Friday.

Large items, fragile small/medium items under 20kg in weight that require extra protection on delivery will be delivered by our trusted delivery partners Atlas of London or Smart Van. They will contact you to arrange a suitable time (between Monday and Friday) to deliver your order (curbside delivery only).

White-glove delivery
‘White-glove delivery’ is our recommended service for all large items that require assembly and packaging removal.

The delivery team will deliver your items to your room of choice and remove all the packaging for you, if required all items will be assembled by the delivery team. Installation is not available for lighting products or wall-mounted goods such as, but not limited to shelving, mirrors, and pictures.

Story

Earning the name ‘giraffe’ from the striking high backrest, the Little Giraffe™ is the iconic result of Arne Jacobsen’s experimentation with the giraffe shape, creating multiple versions in his process to design for the SAS Royal Hotel in Copenhagen in 1959.

A new interpretation of the Fritz Hansen Little Giraffe Dining Chair, the swivel base offers further functionality while retaining the classic shape of the piece. Complete with height-adjustability and five castors, the Little Giraffe transforms into the ideal Office Chair, providing comfort with a genuine focus on practicality. Upholstered in Fritz Hansen Grace, the aniline leather amplifies the characteristic curves of Jacobsen’s design.
