Lorenzo Piccione di Pianogrillo is a Sicilian olive oil producer. Inspired over the last few years by the growing interest in quality oil and having noted that, both for restaurants and private homes, our tables were completely missing an instrument that allowed people to properly taste the magnificent product that is extra virgin olive oil, along with Köbi Wiesendanger, he decided to create the Olive Oil Taster.
The Olive Oil Taster was designed as a personal object for each diner. In fact, it isn’t an oil cruet but an instrument created to collect the perfumes and the magnificent fruity taste of extra virgin olive oil, to allow the diner to experience the features that make the product unique and special.
