Care instructions
Always switch off and unplug the light before cleaning and avoid exposure to excessive humidity or direct contact with water.

Bronze: Dust with a soft, dry microfibre cloth. For more thorough cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth with mild, pH-neutral soap, wiping in the direction of the brushing. Avoid abrasive pads, acidic cleaners and metal polishes.

Chrome: Clean with a soft microfibre cloth. If required, use a damp cloth with mild, pH-neutral soap, then dry immediately. Avoid abrasive materials, ammonia-based cleaners, acidic solutions and harsh detergents.

Acrylic tubes: Dust regularly with a soft microfibre cloth. For deeper cleaning, use warm water and mild soap, then dry with a lint-free cloth. Do not use alcohol, solvents or abrasive cleaners, as these may cause scratching or clouding.

We offer the following UK delivery options:

Standard Delivery
Small/medium, non-fragile items are delivered by DPD. DPD deliveries are trackable at every stage and will be delivered to your door between Monday and Friday.

Large items, fragile small/medium items under 20kg in weight that require extra protection on delivery will be delivered by our trusted delivery partners Atlas of London or Smart Van. They will contact you to arrange a suitable time (between Monday and Friday) to deliver your order (curbside delivery only).

White-glove delivery
‘White-glove delivery’ is our recommended service for all large items that require assembly and packaging removal.

The delivery team will deliver your items to your room of choice and remove all the packaging for you, if required all items will be assembled by the delivery team. Installation is not available for lighting products or wall-mounted goods such as, but not limited to shelving, mirrors, and pictures.
