When designing the Wastberg w163 Lampyre Table Lamp, Inge Sempe looked to the natural world for inspiration. Taking its name from the French for ‘glow-worm’, the w163 features a mouth-blown opal glass structure that softly disperses light, echoing that of a glow-worm.
Balancing functionality with design, both the base and shade illuminate as a whole when switched on, whilst an integrated dimmer allows you to set the atmosphere and mood of your space. Minimal and contemporary in form, the w163 is ideally placed on a bedside or coffee table, creating an ambient and inviting glow.
