Delivery options

We offer the following UK delivery options:

Standard Delivery
Small/medium, non-fragile items are delivered by DPD. DPD deliveries are trackable at every stage and will be delivered to your door between Monday and Friday.

Large items, fragile small/medium items under 20kg in weight that require extra protection on delivery will be delivered by our trusted delivery partners Atlas of London or Smart Van. They will contact you to arrange a suitable time (between Monday and Friday) to deliver your order (curbside delivery only).

White-glove delivery
‘White-glove delivery’ is our recommended service for all large items that require assembly and packaging removal.

The delivery team will deliver your items to your room of choice and remove all the packaging for you, if required all items will be assembled by the delivery team. Installation is not available for lighting products or wall-mounted goods such as, but not limited to shelving, mirrors, and pictures.

Story

At the heart of the Softline Joe collection is a circular or oval-shaped pouffe element, combined with cushions and backrests to create a flexible and versatile seat, perfect for a variety of different settings. Bottcher & Kayser’s genius lies in configuring these different elements to create a bold silhouette with clean lines and a striking aesthetic.

The use of slender steel legs lends the sofa a lightness of form, contrasting with the voluptuous form of the upholstered seat and backrest. The cushions are designed to provide maximum comfort, their plump curves cushioning the body and allowing you to relax for hours.
