Belinda Robbie’s work is characterised by meticulous planning and experimentation, using carefully selected colours and patterns to create beautiful abstract designs. The Pollard Throw’s pottery-inspired design was developed from a painting by Robbie and then brought to life as a jacquard-woven throw.

Specialising in screen-printing on both paper and textile surfaces, London-based Belinda Robbie combines her experience in print design with a meticulous attention to detail. Featuring warm, earthy tones, her pieces are both abstract and experimental, featuring a variety of different subjects and colours.
After graduating in the late 2000s with a BA in printed textiles from the Edinburgh College of Art, Robbie went on to work in womenswear print design. Recently, she has collaborated with LA-based Slowdown Studio to produce a unique textile throw.
