Produced from a combination of stainless steel and hand-woven cord, the Panton One is a characterful piece of seating that is well suited to a number of spaces around the home, particularly the dining room. Lightweight, thanks to its use of simple materials, the chair was first designed in 1955 during the period in which Panton was truly shaking up the design landscape.
Made in Denmark to Montana’s much-celebrated sustainability standards, the chair is part of a range of Panton-designed pieces available from the company and comes with a five-year guarantee. The Panton One Dining Chair is available in a range of bold finishes that run the spectrum from vivid to subdued, in a manner that perfectly compliments Verner Panton’s ethos and approach to colour.
Verner Panton is one of the iconic designers of the last century. Panton rose to fame designing the ‘Panton Chair’ for Vitra. Panton’s designs continue to be hugely popular and are still a big influence today on designers and architects.
