Born from playful paper experiments, this sculptural Aplat Table Lamp explores how the simplest materials can create presence, warmth and lasting relevance. Folded silk paper is shaped into a crisp, graphic form, where precision lines build volume with quiet confidence, reflecting CPRV’s fascination with everyday design reduced to its essence.
When lit, the softly diffused surface casts a candle-like glow that gently settles into a space. Lightweight and easy to reposition, the Aplat moves effortlessly from table to shelf or floor, adapting to changing moods and moments while bringing intimacy, calm and understated character to any modern interior.
Established in 2020, CPRV is a French industrial design practice led by Camille Paillard and Romain Voulet, working between London and Marseille. Spanning furniture, lighting and interiors, the studio is driven by a refined approach to form, materials and enduring function, creating pieces that sit effortlessly within contemporary life.
