Rife with character and unusual in its form-factor, the Nebl Flowerpot brings the conceptual into the home, with Michael Rem's unusual and highly distinctive interpretation of the humble plant pot blurring the line between functional piece and artful object. The matte finish of the glass adds an exclusiveness and tactility the Nebl, as does the ceramic base, in which the plant is placed. A pair of glass openings with different sizes makes it possible to place the glass either high or low positions on the base, while the glass itself is frosted, rendering the plant held inside blurred in appearance, and earning the Nebl an aesthetic from which it gathers its name, which is derived from the German word for 'Fog'.
