A sibling design with the Orbit Floor Lamp, the strength of this design lies in the renewal of a classical form.
The original inspiration came from the no-nonsense floodlights of the film studio, but gradually the shape has also come to embody the notion of an egg hatching.
The shade is of spun aluminium, with both an inner and an outer casing, which gives the Orbit a hand crafted look. It is eyecatching and elegantly defined.
