Designed by Eugeni Quitllet, the Foscarini Satellight Suspension Light combines a romantic yet minimalistic expression, ideal for modern interiors.

The Foscarini Satellight Suspension Light has been inspired by the moon. The stunning sculptural piece embodies the concept of light's pressure to escape and return to its original source. With a strikingly unique aesthetic, a suspended luminous globe takes center stage whilst enclosed within a handcrafted blown glass diffuser. Perfect for illuminating any residential or commercial environment, this contemporary piece welcomes the natural night sky indoors. Available in a standard version or with innovative Foscarini MyLight technology.

Foscarini MyLight technology enables you to control your light via your phone or tablet using the Casambi app, available to download for free via the App Store or Google Play Store. Casambi detects your MyLight compatible lamps via Bluetooth and allows you to turn them on or off and regulate their luminous effects to suit your mood and desired ambience.

Eugeni Quitllet

Born in Ibiza in 1972, where he studied design at the institute of art. In 1996, after achieving a diploma in interior architecture and design from “La Llotja” art school in Barcelona, he began his career by working on installations for cultural organisations, such as the Joan Mirò Foundation. He also created ephemeral objects and spaces during the “Primavera Del Disseny” design biennial (1997, 1999, 2001). In 2001 he met Philippe Starck in Formentera, and they soon went on to develop a strong partnership. He currently lives and works in Paris.
