Based on the idea of recreating a hand-drawn cube, using different tones and shades to suggest an optical illusion, the bold design serves as both a coffee table and a practical storage area. Hidden in the plywood structure is a drawer with a soft-open mechanism, disguised by the block colours of the outer surfaces.
A multipurpose statement piece, the table is perfect for displaying and organising small accessories and personal belongings in a contemporary living room space, whilst adding a colourful and practical geometric element to your home.
Hailing from Landerneau, France, Pauline Deltour graduated from ENSAD before opening her own studio in Paris.
Notable for a playfully contradictory nature, which verges between both severe and delicate, the aesthetic character of Deltour’s work is said to reflect her own personality.
