Referencing the graphic design of early television technology, the 625 Line Cushion draws its name from the number of scanning tiles for analogue colour TV transmission. Available in a silver grey, white and orange colourway, the cushion is woven from UK sourced lambswool yarn that is beautifully soft to the touch; creating a comforting and tactile piece for the home.
In her own words, British textile designer Eleanor Pritchard has "always loved playing with colour and pattern. My work often has a mid-century quality and I feel a strong affinity for the aesthetics and design philosophy of this era. Alongside this runs a deep interest in vernacular British textiles and I see much of my work as a re-interpretation of these traditions and techniques for a contemporary audience.”
