Distinctive in form and finished in Francoforte fabric, the Soriana features an unorthodox frame structure, defined by subtly exposed elements to the foot and rear of the sofa. The chair won the prestigious Compasso d’Or prize in 1970, cementing its status as a true masterpiece of mid-century furniture design, and gifting the piece with a legacy that sees it celebrated by design aficionados to this day.
