Designed by Arne Jacobsen, the SAS Hotel was a truly revolutionary build. As the first skyscraper in Copenhagen, the hotel became a symbol for the rise of modernity and forward-thinking architecture and product design. Inspired by the hotel's magnificent rectangular form, the elegant mirrors can be positioned in a dynamic group or individually. The slender form allows for them to hang or rest upon various wall spaces both large and narrow; creating a lightweight, minimalist wall feature in hallways, bedrooms or living rooms.
Space Copenhagen was founded in 2005 by designers Signe Bindslev Henriksen and Peter Bundgaard Rützou.
The studios work covers multiple disciplines from furniture, lighting and refined objects, to art installations, art direction and interior design for private homes, hotels and restaurants all over the world.
