Robin Platt & Cairn Young
Robin Platt studied at the London College of Furniture, won the Gordon Russell Trust Award in 1988, and was named New Designer of the Year in 1989.
Cairn Young studied at the Central School of Art in London, and then architecture at Kingston University.
They have been working together since 1991 as Platt & Young, even if they have recently begun designing pieces on their own.
