Jason Miller opened his own firm in 2001 and in 2004 he was acknowledged as a star of emerging design in Brooklyn. His work was exhibited in 2006 at the show ‘Life Now’ at the Cooper Hewitt Museum. In 2007 he was mentioned by Wallpaper* magazine as an influential discovery and appointed representative of the design avant-garde by the magazine Surface. His renown started with his lamp Buckhorn (Corna di cervo). Some of his pieces are included in the collections of the Museum of Arts and Design and of the Corning Museum of Art. He recently established the lighting company Roll&Hill, of which he is the CEO and art director.
