Each week, we bring you something a little bit different from the last, whether it be the latest design news, a classic design revisited, a recent exhibition or trip or an exclusive guest edit from an influential designer or blogger. Remember, we love to hear your feedback, so why not let us know what you think about our blog posts by email or Twitter? Enjoy!
Guest Blog by Niki at My Scandinavian Home
Hi! I'm Niki from My Scandinavian Home blog. Originally from London, I live in Southern Sweden with my family and am passionate about Scandinavian interior design. It's such an honour to write a guest post for Nest, one of my all time favourite online stores.
This kitchen is taken from a home in Gothenburg on Sweden's west coast. To me, it really sums up Swedish style: clean, simple, white and light with carefully selected Scandinavian design pieces.
Like the look? For similar bare bulb lights try the Areti Hook Light. The pendant light above the table is the Kartell Fly Suspension Lamp and the fab Fritz Hansen Grand Prix chairs make a statement around the kitchen table. For a similar wall clock try the Established & Sons Font clock.
What do you think? Could you imagine enjoying your morning coffee here?
