Xano Armenter studied graphic design and art at the Escola Eina in Barcelona (1973-1980). He is influenced by both graffiti and a figurative style, his painting has developed an expressive urban style scored by a deep black drawing line, blending expressive sensitivity with the contemplative beauty of design. He presently lives and works in New York and Barcelona.
