Developing designs that are sensible, good to look at and functional. This is how Michael Schwebius formulates his objectives as a designer. After training as a carpenter and studying interior design in Flensburg, he began a career as a furniture designer. Since 1987 Michael Schwebius has been a freelancer; he opened a design office in Munich, but now lives and works beside a South German lake, the Chiemsee. His office concerns itself with corporate design and also with international trade fair, interior outfitting and product design.
