Zanotta 887 Louise Armchair
Launched at Milan Design Week earlier this year and designed by Philippe Nigro, the Zanotta 887 Louise Armchair has a wonderous ethereal structure with a strikingly graphic silhouette.
The Louise chair has been designed based on the assembly of each wooden component; each joint smoothly joins together to build a structure from the bottom upwards, creating a beautiful visual effect of intersections and overlapping structural components – with no visible fixings in sight. The insect-like frame that is created has a sleek, light appearance, with the thin legs gracefully touching the floor, creating a wide and powerful posture. The openness of the chair is inviting and spacious, providing a seat where you can effortlessly lean back and relax into the gently reclined design. The dark black leather creates a classic and contemporary finish, making it adaptable to suit many living and working environments.
