Vitra LCM Eames Calf's Skin Plywood Chair
This fur covered version of the LCM was introduced as early as 1946 but originally only produced in small numbers.
The Eames' frequently came up with a number of variations for their chair designs by combining a seat shell with a different base. Their Plywood Group, for example, was available from the outset with a chromed tubular steel base, making the design appear lighter than the all-wood version.LCM = Lounge Chair Metal
