Crafted in contrasting material textures; a sculptural brass arc, a carved oakwood cone, a terracotta stoneware paperweight, and a tiger skin marble bookend, the perfect Scandinavian art piece for the modern home. A family of four small objects, beautiful in their individuality display together as an ever-changing still life or rearrange and repurpose as individual design objects. Elegantly utilised for presenting jewellery, use as a beautiful and contemporary finishing touch for a dressing table in a sophisticated bedroom setting. Equally stylish in commercial environments, adorn with accessories for a conceptual approach to display arrangements in an exclusive boutique store.
Danish designer Kristina Dam strongly believes in the use of honest, authentic and natural materials designed with simplicity and attitude.
Her love for architecture and graphic minimalism is at the forefront of all her designs. Graduating from The Royal Danish School of Fine Arts, Architecture and Design in Copenhagen, Dam consequently designed her first product - a series of graphic illustrations originating from her love for art and design, these quickly became a firm favourite with Scandinavian concept stores leading to the founding of her design studio in January 2012.
