Eleanor Pritchard’s woven designs showcase a love of pattern; an homage to the inspiration she draws from Britain’s textile tradition. To ensure that her designs represent authenticity, the entire range is manufactured solely in the British Isles, with weaving taking place in west Wales, the Scottish Islands and the heartland of English textiles, Lancashire. This particular piece features a flannel grey, white and charcoal colour scheme.
In her own words, British textile designer Eleanor Pritchard has "always loved playing with colour and pattern. My work often has a mid-century quality and I feel a strong affinity for the aesthetics and design philosophy of this era. Alongside this runs a deep interest in vernacular British textiles and I see much of my work as a re-interpretation of these traditions and techniques for a contemporary audience.”
