As a celebration of beautifully curvaceous and impactful forms, Hayon created an adaptable chair design that is both simple and stylish. Available in a classic white colourway, paired with a polished aluminium base, the understated JH36 creates a comforting environment for you to sit and study. An ideal pairing for a desk, the castors allow for ease of movement, ideal for tucking the chair away or for moving to different work stations and spaces.
Spanish artist and industrial designer Jaime Hayon was born in Madrid in 1974.
In 1997, he began working as a researcher at Fabrica, Benetton Group’s communication and research centre in Treviso, Italy. 2004 saw the start of Hayon’s individual career and he has kept himself busy with a spectrum of eclectic projects. From toys, to modern furniture and interior design as well as artistic installations, his boldness has been to transcend the borders of the often separated worlds of art and design, comfortably bridging the two whilst embedding them with his own unique style.
