The SAS, designed by Arne Jacobsen and completed in 1960, was the first skyscraper in Copenhagen, and is seen as a true symbol of modernity. Space Copenhagen, inspired by the magnificent structure and face of the building, developed a series of mirrors that could embody the hotel’s striking form inside of the rooms; maintaining a grand, linear presence throughout. Whether hung in an eye-catching trio, or positioned individually in a bedroom or hallway, the Amore Mirrors are a stunning representation of minimalist and timeless design.
Space Copenhagen was founded in 2005 by designers Signe Bindslev Henriksen and Peter Bundgaard Rützou.
The studios work covers multiple disciplines from furniture, lighting and refined objects, to art installations, art direction and interior design for private homes, hotels and restaurants all over the world.
