Born in 1979 in Lausanne, Switzerland, she began studying Visual Arts at the ECAL in 1999. After one semester, she specialized in graphic design. Guided by her taste for the eclecticism of approaches and the diversity of her interests, she ended up studying Industrial and product design in 2004. Then followed a training period in London, at Barber & Osgerby studio. In 2005, she was awarded by the Swiss Federal Design Grants while opening her own studio. In 2008 the blue Airfork One is her first product edited and distributed wordwide. Currently, according to the various collaborations, she navigates between her textile label Louise Blanche and her studio where she develops scenography, product and furniture design.
