With a design that utilises the principle behind knock-down furniture, Pedersen has made a virtue of necessity by combining product and user experience. The construction of the table is a visible part of the design, for example in the way the table top is attached to the teak legs.
Danish designer Jonas Herman Pedersen was educated in Furniture and Space at the School of Architecture in Aarhus in 2010.
Jonas has a solid experience of craftsmanship after collaborating with several workshops, giving him a great understanding of hands-on manufacturing processes. Jonas is a co-founder of Herman Studio which works in an iterative design process between sketches, models and prototypes.
