The interior is in laminated charcoal coloured wood with mirrored base, under top and back and is provided with shelves in 10mm thick tempered transparent extralight glass. With cylindrical legs in chromed metal, fixed to the base through steel frames. The doors have a push-pull system.
Italian designer and architect Piero Lissoni received a degree in architecture at the Polytechnic of Milan. After completing his studies he worked as a designer for Molteni and Lema.
In 1986 he founded ‘Studio Lissoni’ with Nicoletta Canesi, developing projects in architecture, interior architecture, design and graphic design. The studio also works in the field of art direction and public relations. He has worked with a wide range of design houses and manufacturers including Driade, Kartell, Artemide and Lema.
