At Nest, shipping and handling charges are based on the value of your order. But that's only the beginning. In order to meet your unique needs, Nest now offers three delivery options: Standard, Room of Choice and Nest OSI (Nest On-Site Installation).
Standard Delivery offers delivery right to your front door (if the destination is an apartment or multi-unit building, the order will be delivered inside the entrance to the building). The typical delivery window is 7-10 business days from the day your order is placed. Standard Delivery does not include assembly or unpacking.
Room of Choice Delivery is available for an extra £39.49 and offers the same shipping window and services included in our Standard Delivery service, but brought in and placed in your room of choice. We recommend this service to customers in apartments, multi-unit buildings or offices. Room of Choice Delivery does not include opening, assembly or removal of packing materials. It also does not include moving of existing items.
Nest On-Site Installation is available for an average charge of 5% of your total order with a minimum charge of £129.49. It includes a delivery appointment, inside delivery, assembly and installation in your room of choice and removal of all packing materials. This does not include electrical fitting for lighting. The delivery window for Nest OSI is typically 2-3 weeks from the day your order is placed. Please call 0114 2433000 for a time specific delivery.

Nest.co.uk now ships internationally. You can find out the cost of shipping to your intended destination, by selecting the destination country from the drop down list on the 'Your order' page once you have added a product to your shopping basket.
Room of choice and Nest On-Site Installation are not available for international orders.
All international deliveries are curb-side only and the delivery company may require assistance unloading larger items.
