Aerodrome is inspired by the design of airplane turbine engines as well as by contemporary 60s design - in particular by designers such as Panton, Saarinen and Jacobsen.
When the light is turned on, the laser-cut profiles of the top project architectural shadows on the surfaces of the room. When light is off, the shape of the lamp is highlighted by the stark contrast of colors.
